Depends on the type, and even if you've got one from a species that're pretty notorious it doesn't always mean you'll have trouble. To put the short and simple on it, they're like us more than y'might think. I've got trouble-makers, too. Young ones can be a handful more than anything from what I've experienced.

Ya can check the 'dex and some of the entries talk about the way the species majority behaves, but that's not a 100% guaranteed deal. Best way to figure out is to just do what you're doin', keep an eye on 'em and try not to be too hard on 'em.
